Hannah says: "In reaction to the question of 'What does Manchester mean to you?', I thought about my local neighbourhood. I live on the boarder of a peculiar suburb called Chorlton, a place that champions cutting-edge facial hair fashion and The Guardian newspaper. Bicycles are plentiful and everyone owns at least one jute bag from the local vegan grocery store, a place that pioneers gluten/dairy/nut/additives/sadness-free culinary creations. I originally hail from a rather undersized town in Scotland, a place where vegetarianism is considered pretty radical, so there's something about the zaniness of Chorlton that sits completely on the other of the spectrum which I find very endearing. I think that is what Manchester very much means to me - it thrives with quaint and delightful personalities."
